Order Processing

  • Customers must provide a correct name, phone number and complete delivery address.

Delivery Across Pakistan

We deliver to Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, Rawalpindi and other cities across Pakistan through third-party courier services.

Estimated delivery time is shown during checkout or communicated after order confirmation.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your city and courier operations.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.

We may occasionally offer free delivery or discounted shipping as part of promotional campaigns.

Cash on Delivery

Cash on Delivery may be available for eligible orders and locations.

Customers are requested to:

  • Keep their phone number active
  • Respond to courier calls
  • Keep the payable amount ready at delivery

Repeated refusal of confirmed COD orders may result in restrictions on future COD orders.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, tracking information may be shared through SMS, WhatsApp, email or another available communication method.

Tracking updates are provided by the courier company and may sometimes take time to update.

Delivery Delays

Timeless Pakistan cannot guarantee exact delivery dates.

Delays may occur due to:

  • Public holidays
  • High order volumes
  • Remote delivery locations
  • Events outside our reasonable control

We will make reasonable efforts to assist you if your order is significantly delayed.

Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Customers are responsible for entering accurate shipping information.

Timeless Pakistan will not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by:

  • Incorrect addresses
  • Incomplete addresses
  • Incorrect phone numbers
  • Customer being unavailable
  • Customer refusing the parcel

Additional shipping charges may apply if an order needs to be shipped again.

Failed Delivery

If the courier is unable to deliver your parcel, the order may be returned to us.

If you still want the order, we may request payment of additional shipping charges before reshipping.

Damaged or Incorrect Parcel

If your parcel arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please provide:

  • Order number
  • Clear photos or video
  • Details of the issue
