• Standard Delivery: We offer flat-rate shipping across Pakistan (the exact delivery charges will be calculated and shown at the checkout page).

• Free Shipping: We offer free delivery on orders above a specific cart value, which will be highlighted on our homepage or checkout when applicable.

3. Delivery Timeline

• Processing Time: Orders are processed and packed within 1 to 2 business days.

• Shipping Time: Once dispatched, your order will reach your doorstep within 3 to 5 business days.

• Note: Delivery times may vary slightly during public holidays, mega sales, or due to unforeseen courier delays.

4. Order Tracking

Once your package is handed over to our courier partner, we will share your tracking number via email or WhatsApp. You can use this number on the courier company’s website to track your parcel in real-time.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD) & Pre-payment

• We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for your convenience across Pakistan. You only pay when you receive your parcel.

• We also accept advance payments via bank transfers or digital wallets if preferred.

6. Damaged or Lost Parcels

If your package arrives damaged or torn, please do not accept it from the rider and contact us immediately. If a parcel is lost in transit, we will send you a replacement order at no extra cost.
