Return and Refund Policy for Timeless

Welcome to Timeless. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your clothes, we are here to help. Please read our policy below regarding returns and refunds.

1. Return Window

You have 7 days from the date you receive your order to request a return or exchange. If 7 days have passed since your delivery, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

2. Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your shirts, trousers, or other clothing items must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • It must be in the original packaging with all tags attached.

  • You must provide the proof of purchase or order number.

3. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Items bought during a clearance sale.

  • Items that have been damaged or stained after delivery.

4. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via WhatsApp or email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed securely.

  • Refunds are usually transferred via Bank Transfer or EasyPaisa/JazzCash within 3 to 5 business days.

  • Note: Shipping costs are non-refundable. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

5. Exchanges

We only replace clothing items if they are defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong size. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us immediately.
